Teaching positions

Team Leader – English, Mathematics and Digital Skills
Full-time | 37 hours per week | All year round
Salary: £41,626 – £46,108 (SAECC pay scale)

Southend Adult Community College is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to support the Vice Principal in overseeing our English, Maths, and Digital Skills provision.

This role involves leading a dedicated teaching team, driving curriculum innovation, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. It includes 12 hours of GCSE English teaching per week for post-16 and adult learners.

We’re seeking a qualified professional with substantial FE teaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to learner success.
