Exam contingency days for GCSE exams
The Awarding Organisations have designated the following days as ‘contingency days’ for Summer 2024 examinations:
- Thursday 6th June 2024 afternoon
- Thursday 13th June 2024 afternoon
- Wednesday 26th June full day
It would be the awarding organisations decision to schedule exams on this day as a contingency plan in the event of a national or local disruption to examinations.
If you will be taking GCSE exams, you need to be available on these contingency days should an awarding organisation need to invoke its contingency plan.
