Share a Compliment or Comment

We love hearing what’s going well. If you’ve experienced great service, enjoyed your course, or have an idea to help us improve, please let us know. Your feedback helps us celebrate success and continue to grow.

Raising a Concern

If something isn’t right, we encourage you to speak up. Many concerns can be resolved quickly when raised early with the right person:

  • Your tutor – for anything related to your course or learning experienc
  • Catering staff – for any food-related concerns
  • Our Information, Advice and Guidance Adviser – if you feel you’re being treated unfairly or need further support

If you’re experiencing or witnessing harassment or discrimination, please speak to a trusted member of staff as soon as possible. Your wellbeing and safety are our top priority.

How to Submit Feedback

You can share your compliment, comment, or concern in the way that works best for you:

  • Complete the form below to submit your feedback online.

  • Pick up a form from Reception at any of our centres.

  • Request a digital copy by emailing us at SACC@southend-adult.ac.uk or calling 01702 445700.

If your concern isn’t resolved after speaking to someone, please submit a form so we can investigate further. Every concern will receive a prompt and personal response.
