The Digital Academy – Belfairs Centre

The Digital Academy, based at our Belfairs Centre in Leigh-on-Sea, is a vibrant, forward-thinking campus that’s home to both full-time Pathways programmes for 16–19-year-olds and part-time adult courses.

As part of Southend Adult Community College, this centre specialises in digital, creative, and tech-focused learning, with a strong emphasis on preparing young people for careers in today’s digital world. Facilities include modern IT suites, creative spaces, and dedicated classrooms that support hands-on, industry-relevant training.

Adult learners can also access a wide variety of courses here, including art and design, languages, history, science, creative writing, and more – all in a friendly, community-focused environment.
