  • Adults aged 19 and over.
  • Only available to those that are living & working in the Greater Essex area (Essex, Southend and Thurrock Local Authority areas)

Essex Retrain, Retain, Gain (ERRG) Project 2021-23

ERRG is a joint-venture project to assist employed Essex residents to upskill and improve their status in the job market, whilst boosting businesses’ productivity and competitiveness as part of the pandemic recovery.

We have been successful in securing funding to provide free staff CPD training opportunities to local businesses.  The skills-based CPD will be offered online, to give staff the chance to upskill in a range of areas specifically aimed to enhance professional and personal skills, in a flexible and accessible way.  The CPD offer will add value to employers by supporting both staff and business development.  The project aims to deliver essential, transferrable skills that are key to a successful business and the local economy.

We can also offer progression into further funded learning programmes, such as full awards and diplomas.
