Six Book Challange

The Six Book Challenge, run by The Reading Agency, takes place every year in libraries, colleges, workplaces and prisons. The Challenge invites you to choose six reads, review them and enter prize draws.

The theme this year is Read Anything. Read Anywhere. You can read anything you like: newspapers, poems, plays, websites, books and more.

All over the country organisations running the Six Book Challenge are encouraging participants to complete their reading diaries in time for that all important award ceremony. An incentive always helps. Stephen Lay, Principal of Southend Adult Community College, drew a prize-winner from the first 50 learners to complete the Challenge this year. Our winner Robert Nunn, a learner of the English - Return to Work' course, won six Quick Reads for being one of the first 50 learners to complete the Six Book Challenge.
