It takes a special kind of person to work in health and social care. The apprentice must be kind and care about others, have a good sense of humour and enjoy working with people.

The apprentice will aim to establish supportive relationships with clients, and offer a more in depth and tailored knowledge of complex care, including care planning, observation and arranging personal centred care activities.

Apprenticeships are available to both new and existing members of staff; existing staff you want to up skill or new staff you want to train.

A range of apprenticeship frameworks are suitable for staff in a variety of roles within different environments in Foundation, Advanced and Higher frameworks.
