Information we need to collect from you

To enrol on a course at the College we will need to ask you for specific information about yourself. When you telephone the college/come to the college to enrol, it would be helpful if you could have the following information available:
- Your National Insurance Number.
- Details of your household situation. We will ask you the following questions to determine your eligibility:
- How many adults live in the household?
- How many of those adults are working?
- How many people in the household are under 18?
- Details of your current employment status:
- Whether you are employed/unemployed;
- if you are unemployed or receive an income-based state benefit, how long your current employment status has been in effect;
- if you are working, how many hours you work per week.
- Proof of any benefit that you are receiving, if applicable, to assess if you are eligible for a reduced fee.
- If you consider yourself to have a learning difficulty and/or disability, we will need details to ensure you are offered the correct support.
